Church Women United
May Friendship Day

Friday, May 3, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 235 E. Lundy Lane. Registration begins at 9:15 a.m. A continental breakfast will be served, followed by the program “The Time is Now, Agree to Differ.” Women planning to attend are reminded to bring the pennies they’ve been setting aside whenever they say a prayer.

Bluegrass Jam Session

6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at Millbrook United Methodist Church, 8360 Fox River Road. Enjoy an evening of bluegrass music by local performers on banjo, guitar, violin, mandolin and bass cello, both solo and in small groups. Refreshments available.

P.E.O. Garage Sale

Let’s Have a Tea Party

The Recycling Hour

Stone Mill Museum Hours

Railroad St. The museum is filled with local memorabilia, settings of rooms with antique furniture, farm tools and items that were manufactured locally.
