Truck enthusiasts meet in Newark

On Sept. 15, more than 100 people attended an annual event held at the home of Pat Filippi in Newark. Members of the Northwest Chapter of the American Truck Historical Society brought their antique trucks, dating back to 1926, to display on the Filippi property. As a part of the event, a noon-time meal was shared. The NWICATHS truck club meets monthly, rotating locations. For more information on the club, contact Terry Eipers at teipers@nwicaths.org.
